Limitation of liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
