Business phone systems without the per-seat bill.

Most small businesses are paying a per-user monthly fee for a phone system whose features they used once. We install VoIP phone systems for offices across Canton, Akron and Northeast Ohio with the features intact — auto-attendant, ring groups, voicemail, mobile softphone — and no per-seat licensing stacked on top.

↳ WHAT YOU GET

01

No per-seat fees

Add a desk phone without adding a line item to a monthly bill. You pay for the SIP service and the hardware, not for the privilege of having employees.

02

Mobile softphone

Staff take the business line on their phone, with the office caller ID, without handing out personal cell numbers.

03

Auto-attendant & IVR

Menus, ring groups, business-hours routing and after-hours handling, configured to how your front desk actually works.

04

Number porting

You keep the number that's on your truck, your sign and every invoice you've ever sent. We handle the port with the carrier.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before you pick up the phone.

Can we keep our current phone number?
Yes. Number porting is part of the install — we handle it with the carrier and schedule the cutover so the line isn't dark during business hours.
How much can we actually save on our phone bill?
It depends entirely on what you're paying now and how many seats you have, which is why we ask for a recent bill rather than quoting a percentage. The saving typically comes from dropping per-seat licensing, not from cutting features.
Do we need new internet service for VoIP?
Usually not. What matters more is that voice traffic sits on its own VLAN with QoS so calls stay clean when someone starts a large upload. If your connection genuinely can't carry it, we'll say so during the survey rather than after the install.
What happens to calls if the internet drops?
Calls route to a failover destination you choose — typically staff mobiles — so the phone still gets answered. We set that up as part of the build, not as an afterthought.
Do you support businesses with more than one location?
Yes. Extension dialling between sites, shared ring groups and one auto-attendant across locations are all standard once the sites are meshed.
